Translation and NEW Archer attack

New game sheet with the following changes:
- Translation of the word Duende to Mad Goblin
- Translation of the word ouro to gold
- Archer now hits on the first attack roll, even if the number is odd.
- Raised HP for some weak monsters because of Archers new first attack roll.
- Put in text saying that ALL Lost Items have 1 use only.
